Registration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. There are no refunds, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. Registrations will be accepted in January, and a registration form will be posted on this site at that time that can be printed from your computer. We do use a post office box for registrations, so no FedEx or UPS deliveries are possible. Please send your registration card and check by U.S. Postal Service.

There are a limited number of twin-bedded rooms with baths (20) in the Leadership Lodge. Registration in one of these room will have an additional cost. These are assigned to the first 40 requests received by mail. If Leadership Lodge is full when your request is received your name will be put on a waiting list for a cancellation. If a bed does not open up, the extra cost will be refunded.

For those who wish to arrive early, there is an additional cost for arrival on Thursday.

Registration fees include all meals, lodging, bed linens and towels. Fees for registration, Thursday arrivals, and lodging in Leadership Lodge will be posted in January 2020.

All interior spaces at the Texas 4-H Center are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in areas outside the buildings only.
